In these cash strapped times, the arts are really suffering, so we stepped in to support the playwright Deirdre Kinahan. Sponsoring the world premiere of her new play ‘Halcyon Days’ at the Dublin Theatre festival for starters, then fund raising for an appearance at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Has it helped? Absolutely, the play won a Fringe first award in Edinburgh and Deirdre also received a bursary award at the recent Allianz Business to arts awards. Well done Dee!
